Yes, another unfinished piece.
This is a rather interesting view on Otogi going to another rave in an RPG. I sort of threw his outfit together on the fly during game play and suddenly felt the need to draw it.

As for the title...
You're going to have to wait until I finish this to find out exactly what it means.
